Boys and Girls Youth Basketball League

Grades: K - 4
Game Times: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Practice 30 mins prior to game Cost: $85 SAVE $10 if registered by Dec. 20th
Includes 5 competition dates, T-Shirt, & Youth-night player admission w/ pizza dinner

WEEK 1 - January 25th, 2025
Athletes will be registered, receive their shirts and practice skills necessary to compete in the sport of basketball and play game 1.
League schedule will be sent out the weekend before the first games.
DIVISIONS
- K - 2nd grade teams* will be co-ed and be separated based on the number of participants.
- 3rd - 4th grade will be Girls and Boys Teams*
- Schedule of games will be made after the number of teams are determined. Teams will be capped at 10 (Subject to change if necessary.)
COMPETITION DATES FOR THE CALENDAR
Players will compete against each other in game format.
- January 25th, 2025
- February 1st, 2025
- February 8th, 2025
- February 15th, 2025
- February 22nd, 2025
**Youth Night will be February 7th, 2025 vs. South Christian
RULES OF THE LEAGUE
- Games will be 16-minute halves with 2-minute halftimes.
- Participants must play minimum of 12 minutes.
- All MHSAA basketball rules/violations will be monitored by Officials.
- No Zone Defense. No Press Defense.
- Platoon substitutions will be made every 4 minutes.
COACHES
- All teams will be coached by members of the Boys and Girls Basketball Programs.
- Members will referee and keep score.
