Online Health

The study of health or our general physical, social and emotional well-being is about making wise choices throughout life. In order to make healthy decisions, students will learn about nutrition, disease prevention, mental health, first aid and substance abuse. 

Prerequisites: 

1. Students must be independent learners.
2. Students must have strong written communication skills.
3. Students must be familiar with Canvas and how to submit a variety of online assignments.

Summer Health is held every summer. This course is capped at 40 and priority will be given to current West Catholic students needing to meet their Health requirement. Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, May 28.  No refunds as of the initial meeting date on May 30. There is an early due date of Wednesday, July 16 for those students seeking extra credit
